We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Store / Sales Manager

Location: Dugbe, Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Organization Type: Phone & Laptop Retail Store

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store
• Develop & implement strategies to increase sales & meet performance targets
• Manage & motivate all store employees, ensuring they meet their individual targets & deliver great customer service
• Develop & maintain an effective inventory management system to ensure accurate stock levels & optimize sales
• Create a welcoming store environment
• Build & maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their overall shopping experience & ensure their return to the store
• Monitor & analyze competitive activity, market trends, & customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth & development
• Manage budgets & financial reports, ensuring efficient & effective use of store resources.

Job Requirements

• OND / NCE qualification.
• 2 - 3 years work experience.
• Male.
• 25 - 30 years old.
• Customer service-oriented.
• Sales & managerial skills.
• Previous work experience in laptop & phone retail is preferred
• Good communication, leadership, & interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of phone & laptop technology & market trends.
• Financial / budget management skills.

Salary
N50,000 monthly.
