Job Responsibilities
- Attending to walk-in clients
- Responding to offline/online inquiries
- Creating/editing/formatting documents
- Scheduling meetings & appointments
- Performing general clerical & administrative duties
Job Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree qualification in Public Administration or a related discipline
- Female
- 28 - 35 years old
- MUST reside around Moniya
- Attention to details
- Organizational & time management skill
- Effective communication skills
- Fluent in Yoruba & Ibo language
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience as a Secretary or a related role
- Customer service-oriented
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, & Microsoft PowerPoint.
Salary
N50,000 or more (depending on experience level)
