Job Title: Field Sales Supervisor

Locations: Lagos & Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Sales and marketing of the company’s product.
• Identify prospective market and customers, generating LPOs from customers
• Collection of payments from customers
• Activation of new customer
• Follow up with new and existing customers
• Supervising the activities of the FSE
• Prepare daily report for the Area Sales Manager
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Support the effective supervision and execution of all sales and marketing promotions, activations and programs in sales territory
• Participating in sales team meetings.

Job Specification

• Must Possess a minimum of OND/NCE qualification
• Must have a minimum of 3 years work experience in sales
• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in FMCG non-food.

Skills / Competence:

• Must be experienced in sales and marketing of hair extensions
• Must be knowledgeable about the sales.
• Good customer service and sales skills.
• Good verbal and written communicator.
• Ability to manage people
• A result oriented person.
