• They will have a strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects they’ve worked on.

Role Description

• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.
• Conduct user interviews and create personas through user research and data.
• Understand product specifications and user psychology.
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs.
• Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software.
• Conducting user research and testing.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.
• Conduct brainstorming and wireframing, create prototypes, test user interactions with intermediate and final products to achieve the desired user experience goals.
• Perform extensive research on the best development process and features for a company's UX designs
• Perform market research, research competitors, compare UX designs and ideas and determine where the final product fits in the current market.
• Collect data and draft reports for the design team to review and offer direct advice during the development process
• Create surveys for customers, draft customer insight reports or directly interview clients to gain more insights into their preferences.
• Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a UX Consultant, UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role, UX Certification or similar experience
• Strong portfolio of design software & projects (e.g. UXPin, Balsamiq).
• Background in user experience research.
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Analytical mind with a business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills.

Must-Haves (Non-negotiables):

• 3+ years as a UX Consultant, UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio of design software & projects (e.g. UXPin, Balsamiq).
• Background in user experience research.
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
