Job Summary
- The Journey Management Coordinator is responsible for the coordination ofthe entire Journey Management activities through professional service delivery and ensuring clients arrive at their safe dest
Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute daily plans by issuing, communicating and monitoring for clients personnel movements to/fro the airport or designated Location.
- Increase JM revenues within expected time frame.
- Conduct Security and risk surveys, analyse survey reports and recommend as appropriate to client.
- Ensures smooth running of the day-to-day operational activities within its region.
- Ensure adequate manpower is maintained.
- Ensure availability of resources required for successful operations.
- Ensure discipline is enforced in the region.
- Enforce adherence to Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) in the execution of Task.
- Manage all Events from start to finish through excellent service delivery.
- Ensure the safety and security of Clients is maintained
- Ensure Quality Assurance/safety by conducting pre-deployment assessment of Escort/Passenger vehicles and other equipment required for the task.
- Report to the Operations Room Coordinator in the course of task execution.
- Update Line supervisor with Information on Road Maps/ alternative routes.
- Plan with Admin on drivers work schedule and overtime.
- The candidate will be required to coordinate the assignment of the allocated vehicles, log, audit and attend all complaints, follow up with Admin on possible repairs.
- Liaise with Operations team to coordinate smooth transition to and from various destination.
- Work closely with Admin/Procurement and other departments to ensure high standards are met.
- Prepare timely reports on journey management operations.
- Liase with Police and other government security agencies.
Skills / Education Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND in relevant field.
- 3 - 5 years' experience in similar roles in Security organisations.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Analytical skill.
- Planning and coordinating skills.
- Investigation skill.
- Problem solving skill.
- Negotiating Skills.
- Understanding of the Business environment.
