Official Reporting Line: Chief Marketing Officer
Core Responsibilities
- Leadership of the entire Marketing function
- Oversight of all company's Marketing Mix elements
- Management of all Marketing communication
- Articulation & execution of all Marketing Plans & strategies
- Management of all Marketing related projects
- Oversight of all promotion & activation activities
- Introduction & execution of growth accelerating Marketing innovations
- Oversight of the entire customer management & experience value-chain
- Management of relationship with other functions
- Liaison with all Marketing related external agencies
- Motivation, discipline & empowerment of the Marketing staff
- Effective Marketing cost management
- Presentation of periodic Marketing Reports
Job Specification
- An MBA (Marketing) degree from a reputable university
- Minimum of 8 years' Marketing experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position
- Not less than 35 years of age.
