TeamAce Limited - Our client, a leading Agricultural Investment and trading company in Sub-Saharan Africa, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Trade & Supply Chain Manager

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement supply chain strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
• Manage relationships with international clients and export partners (freight forwarders and shipping lines).
• Build stronger partnerships and maintain good stakeholder relationships with key customers, suppliers, and brokers at all levels.
• Provide strategic recommendations to drive business growth and increase operational efficiency.
• Negotiate terms and rates with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines, and assess their performances and services.
• Efficiently control inventory, and lead the periodic stock inventory.
• Evaluate and select new suppliers (based on their business history & capabilities).
• Manage timely and efficient shipping through the seaports

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with a multinational agro-commodity export firm
• Demonstrate excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• A solid understanding of agro-commodity quality specifications and checks is an added advantage.

Salary
N400,000 Monthly gross.
