Job Title: Assistant Manager, HR (Talent Management)
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
- Performance Management / Goal setting for all employees across the organisation.
- Identification of Training Needs.
- Prepare annual training Plan, training Calendar & conducting Training.
- Post Training Feedback Reviews.
- Identify high performers and critical roles in the organization and Develop retention plan for them.
- Identify and Maintain a list of high performers in critical roles.
- Drive performance / KPIs review.
- Supervise and Ensure an Effective Induction Plan.
- Identify Exits reasons and prepare a retention plan.
- Organogram review and updates.
- Prepare Job Descriptions.
- Any other HR project assigns.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc qualification.
- 5 - 10 years work experience.
