Job Title: Premises & Maintenance Manager

Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / First Degree in Facility Management or related fields
- 2 - 5 years relevant work experience as a maintenance manager
- Valid certification in facility/maintenance will be a plus
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
- Ability to keep track and report on activity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
