Description 
The ideal Food and Beverage Manager should possess the following:

• Interested candidates should possess an HND or BSc in relevant fields.
• 8-15 years of cognate experience as a food and beverage manager in the hospitality industry.
• Develop and manage the hotel"s food and beverage operations.
• Train and Manage Staff
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Managing budgets and financial performance
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Develop and implement market strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments.
