Job Description
- Enhancing the capacity of the organization’s network to foster effective cooperation and learning.
- Improving the practices and policies in line with the organization’s strategic plan
- Ensuring that organization’s network effectively fulfils its core mandate.
- Overseeing the coordination and administration of all aspects of any on-going network programs including designing, planning, organizing, leading, and controlling program activities.
- Provide strategies for network expansion
Qualification and Experiences
- Knowledge of program and project management
- Experience in a management role, with demonstrated ability to plan and budget effectively, provide accurate reporting and statistical analysis of campaigns, and efficiently coordinate multiple projects.
- Ability to effectively lead, manage and motivate staff, ensuring high performance and ethical standards and adherence to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the proven ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail, with experience in using the internet.
- Experience in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word) is essential.
- A Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as, management, social science, and other related disciplines.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in related position.
Remuneration
Salary: N90,000 - N100,000
