Job Summary
- As a Relationship Manager you will be charged with the responsibility of developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, both within a company as well as with outside clients
Responsibilities
- Managing customer relationships.
- Identifying and communicating the needs of customers.
- Ensure client satisfaction.
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns.
- Creating and implementing marketing strategies to increase the number of customers.
Requirements
- Minimum B.Sc / HND
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Must have prior experience in a financial institution
- Excellent communication skills
Remuneration
N250,000 - N450,000 Monthly.
