Job Title: Mill Worker

Responsibilities
- Ensure that all palm products are manufactured within company quality standards
- Ensure that all losses are controlled within company specifications.
- Ensure that the Oil Palm Modular runs at the highest possible processing efficiency.
- Ensure that best manufacturing practices are always followed.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Ensure the safe use of the equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
Qualifications / Requirements
- OND / SSCE
- 1 – 2 years work experience.
- Must should be able to work unsupervised
- Experience as a farm worker is a plus.
- Must reside in Benin
- Age: 20-30 years.
Remuneration
N60,000 Monthly.
