Job Title: Chief Security Officer
Location: Maiduguri, Borno State
Duties
The Chief Security Officer will be responsible to the Vice - Chancellor for coordination of security in the University
Qualifications
Candidates for the post must possess the following qualification:
- Should be a retired Police officer not below the rank of superintendent of the Police or its equivalents in the Nigeria Army Navy or State Security Services Degree in Law (LLB) or B Sc Sociology or other related discipline with NYSC/Exemption Certificate and must be a member of a relevant chartered professional body.
- The candidate should be matured with a proven record of integrity, discipline and physically fit Experience in security coverage in a tertiary institution may be of added advantage
Remuneration
CONTISS 13 ( N2,723,069:00 - N3,632,404:00)
Duration of Application
The appointment shall be on two years contract appointment and may be renewable, subject to satisfactory performance. Other conditions of service are similar to those obtained in institutions of Higher Learning.
