Job Description

• Development of business development strategy, targets, and implementation
• Development of digital marketing strategy and implementation
• Development of sales projections and targets
• Development of sales strategies and models
• Preparation and timely submission of sales reports
• Revenue generation and market expansion
• Corporate image and publicity management
• Resource management and control
• Relationship management & customer retention
• Customer care
• Generation of business and revenue in line with agreed targets
• Ensure business profitability and positive brand image.

Requirements

• A good 1st Degree from a reputable university. A second degree is an added advantage.
• Must have at least 2 years business development experience in Interior Décor or Real Estate
• Must have field marketing experience
• The ideal candidate is expected to be staying in or around the Island.
• The ideal candidate is expected to have a win-win attitude
• Be a team player
• Have good industry knowledge and experience
• Be an efficient cost manager
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Remuneration
Proposed pay is a minimum of NGN3,600,000 gross per annum aside from other perks.
