Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The Business Intelligence(BI) Analyst works closely with the Reporting Analyst to analyze requirements, and design reports and dashboards.
• He/She will analyze data to identify trends and patterns relevant to the business and then produce reports and dashboards that provide business insights

Responsibilities

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing
• reports and dashboards for the business
• Develop and implement data analytics and other strategies that optimize
• statistical efficiency and quality.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain
• databases/data systems to support report and dashboard development
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and
• performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs. Locate
• and define new process improvement opportunities
• Perform local BI training for users across the business

Requirements

• B.Sc in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
• 5 - 6 years work experience.
• Strong Business Intelligence experience
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages and
• Tools for analyzing datasets (Qlikview, Qliksense, Data Studio, Business Objects)
• Good understanding of reporting Data Models, etc.

Remuneration
220,000 (Net) Monthly.
