City Sports Group Limited is a limited liability total sports development group of companies based in Nigeria and an affiliate of City Sports Group Ltd UK.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Media

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Switiching between the different video sources.
• Choosing appropriate lighting, angles, framing for various programmes.
• Establishing the camera set-up for every shot.
• Controlling a film's dramatic and artistic aspect.
• Chosing appropriate lighting, angles, framing and filters to creat the mood of a project.
• Handling of video production equipment in a studio and field production.
• Managing the setup of the production set and equipment.
• Determine the most effective media outlet combination for promotional strategies.
• Monitor ad campaigns in both online and offline channels (e.g. on radio٫ TV٫ websites٫ magazines and billboards)
• Optimize advertising strategies for a variety of diverse audiences and channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing Director to design and review advertising budgets.
• Negotiate with media channels in order to close competitive deals.
• Prepare and design additional promotional projects in support of new product launches
• Reach a broader audience through new campaigns.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a similar field with 5 - 10 years relevant work experience.
• Proven work experience as a Media Head, Vision Mixer, Media production, Media Planner or similar/ comparable role.
• Working understanding of different types of media channels.
• Demonstrable experience with building effective advertising campaigns.
• Cognition of digital marketing.
• Data management skills٫ and the ability to combine data.
• Strong decision-making skills and communication skills.
