We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Bilingual Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Responsible for direct engagement with internal and external customers through all channels of engagement - telephone, email, live chat and social media;
- Respond promptly to enquiries, requests and complaints accordingly.
- Escalate all issues as required to relevant teams and units for prompt resolution.
Basic Requirements
- B.Sc graduate with a minimum of 2:2 grade
- Not older than 24 years.
- Must have concluded NYSC.
- Proficient in English language and 2 Nigerian Languages
Competencies & Skills
Required for the role:
- Good knowledge of basic Microsoft office tools/Applications.
- Ability to multi- task and work under minimal supervision.
- Basic Telephone and email etiquette.
- Innovative and Problem solving ability.
- Good Customer Service skill
- Willingness to learn and ability to work under pressure.
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills (Oral & Written)
