Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

Location: Lagos

The Profile

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
• 2-4 years' experience as a Technical Sales Representative in a Manufacturing/Engineering company
• Sound Knowledge of mechanical aspects (eg: Mills, Heat Exchangers, flanges, crusher types of machinery)
• Have Sales, Presentation, Proposals, Report writing, and Leadership competencies
• Have the know-how with regard to methods of engineering (Bolting Patterns, measuring, identification of sizes, etc)
• Be able to be compliant with Safety and Corporate rules.
• Must have good to exceeding expectations when coming to time management.
• Should be able to prioritize workflow and handle an appropriate quantity of work with accuracy.
• Be up to date with technological advancements in the region
• Must demonstrate the ability to offer innovative solutions.
• Must be able to adapt quickly to the task at hand.
• Has to have the agility to conduct himself professionally in difficult situations.
• Demonstrate good Communication and Interpersonal skills and collaborate with all involved
• Demonstrate ability to acquire Company's product knowledge and benefit from Training.
• Needs to be able to carry out site surveys, review his own work and check for correctness, accuracy, and completeness.
• Needs to welcome constructive feedback and improve on lessons learned.
• Possess sound technological proficiencies; MS Office Suite etc.
