We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Lead Architect

Location: Ketu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Designing the display elements, and overseeing the final creation of the visual merchandising display.
• Retail sales and consulting with customers
• Identify the wants/needs of customers
• Follow up with customers via email or phone and schedule follow-up consultations
• In-home visits to measure and design
• Prepare sketches or other visual aids to present designs to clients.
• Long periods of time on your feet, walking through the showroom
• Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties, or other information pertaining to purchased products
• Builds and maintains a high level of product knowledge related to furniture, home furnishings, and related accessories, including a strong understanding of construction features.
• Stays current on interior design trends in their local market and on a national level.
• Plan objectives and agendas for thedesign studio.
• Provide feedback to direct reports andteam members.
• Provide on-the-job training to direct reports andteam members.
• Review research reports before circulation to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues during project implementation.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Architecture, or any relevant fields.
• Must be an expert in graphic design and video capturing
• Minimum of 8 years experience in Furniture Compay as Architect or Product Designer
• Must be proficient in the use of CAD software. Creating sketches and drawings of new designs using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3dsmax, Revit, Archi cad
• Must have agood creative ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to details.
