We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Travel Agency Marketer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (On site)
Work mode: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.

Job Summary

• Planning and selling visas, passports, transportations, accommodations, and other travel services
• Providing relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travellers
• Meeting monthly, quarterly & annually profit and sales targets
• Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary travel packages
• Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
• Participate in the development of annual marketing strategies
• Choose the best advertising channels for different marketing projects
• Determine project priority and participate in the creation of marketing collateral
• Improve existing marketing strategies by tracking KPIs
• Attend travel seminars to remain updated with travel trends
• Enter data into our software and maintain client files
• Network with travel & tour operators
• Maintain statistical and financial records.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate is expected to be a graduate (must have completed NYCS) from a recognized institution
• 2 year’s field marketing experience and be ready to resume immediately.
• Candidate must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively
• Knowledge of the travel industry
• Negotiation skills, marketing & sales skills
• Team leadership skills, interpersonal skills and social media savvy.

Salary
N5,200,000 Annually + other commissions and perks.
