Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Chinese Speaking)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

• Daily reception and business processing work, responsible for platform business consultation, timely response to solve problems encountered by customers;
• Docking domestic customer service, daily customer order inquiry, quotation;
• Responsible for pushing product information to customers;
• Collect customer needs and feedback, and organize reports

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Understand Chinese and be able to communicate daily in Chinese;
• More than 1 year experience in customer service
• Have strong communication skills, bear hardships and stand hard work;
• Strong learning ability, auto parts industry experience, preferred.
