Job Title: Retail Sales Executive

Location: Port-Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for selling range of Products available in showroom and ensure customer’s satisfaction.
• Ensure you meet and greet each walk-in customer
• Responsible for selling range of Products available in showroom
• Promote In-house Brands (TCL, TOSHIBA, AEON, LITHION, TRANE)
• Adhere to Grooming standard as defined by HR policy
• Ensure customer enquiries are recorded & Follow-up for closure
• Updating feature card and Pricing in first hours. / Demo Content
• Attending all customers
• Responsible for maintaining Hygiene of the Displayed Products
• Responsible of Achieving Individual Sales Target
• Ensure all Offers are Highlighted & communicated to customers
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Ensure checking all customer goods before dispatching.
• Responsible of Weekly Perpetual Inventory
• Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition or procedure in the work place, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence to Company policies

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years cognate experience in retail showroom for consumer durable, Electricals or FMCG
• Applicants must be resident in Port-Harcourt.
