We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Effective project management of supply and apply contracts
• Risk assessment of all projects and advising management on best options and practices
• Monitoring and coordination of subcontractors to ensure that standard guidelines are followed
• Ensuring all projects are delivered within the agreed period and profitability
• Conduct feasibility studies on projects, generating weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual project reports to management.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc / BA in Quantity Surveying or relevant field
• Excellent project management skills with at least 3 years' proven experience
• Effective communication skills.
