Job Title: POS Support Representative

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

• Configuration of POS terminals upon request.
• Troubleshooting of POS terminals.
• Regular visits and support of merchants to ensure up-time on POS terminals.
• Managing POS Merchant settlements & reconciliation.
• Render excellent customer services to merchants.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc in any discipline.
• Must have 1-3 years’ experience as a POS Support Representative.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Must be highly organized.

Salary
N80,000 / Month.
