Eden Solutions & Resources was initially set up, primarily as a recruitment agency but today it has evolved into company offering a full complement of business management & HR services including recruitment, training and staff management. Other services include corporate business management, such as marketing and book keeping/accounting.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Recruiter (Trainee)

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients.
• The successful candidate will have a passion for recruitment, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills.
• The Recruiter will work closely with our clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure that we find the best candidates to meet those needs.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and screen candidates through a variety of methods including job boards, social media, and referrals
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role and client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide exceptional customer service
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance
• Provide regular updates to clients on recruiting progress
• Participate in networking events and career fairs to build a strong candidate pipeline

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing agency or HR consulting firm
• Fast learner, Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment goals

Salary
N60,000 Monthly.
