Job Title: Office Assistant / Cleaner

About the Job

• We are seeking a highly motivated and organized office assistant / cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in office cleaning and in providing administrative and clerical support in a fast-paced office environment.

Job Description

• Clean the office
• Maintain inventory of janitorial items
• Receive visitors
• Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
• Photocopy, scan and file documents
• Carry out other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Secondary School Certificate WASSCE, NECO or its equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in cleaning services andadministrative support
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Attention to details
• Must be resident in Kano
