Kimberly Ryan Limited - Our client is  Africa's first vertically integrated financial market group. They haveevolved over the years from an OTC Market to a full-fledged Securities Exchange, to a budding financial market infrastructure (FMI) Group, now structured as a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)-registered Capital Market Holding Company, warehousing five (5) wholly owned subsidiaries.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Divisional Head, Financial Services

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos 

Key Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will have the following responsibility:To plan, direct, and coordinate the financial activities of the organization.
• The job holder will be expected to produce financial reports, direct investment activities and develop strategies & plans for the long-term financial goals of the organisation. Work with strategy to align finance and strategy.

Qualifications
Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other relevant discipline.
• Relevant MSc or MBA

Professional Certification/Membership:

• Relevant professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CPA/CFA)

Experience:

• Thirteen (13) or more years’ of cognate work experience in a finance role in a reputable and structured organization within the financial services sector.

Skills:

• Knowledge of financial market and its risks
• Cost reduction techniques
• Understanding of the link between economics, finance and investment
• Proficiency in ERP accounting software
• Proficiency risk management techniques
