Job Title: Network Support Engineer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Duties
- Primary objective is the support on-prem data center environment. (Cisco ACI specifically)
- Take complete ownership of Cisco ACI environment from day one.
- Designing, maintaining and supporting the network infrastructure
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring reliability and availability.
- Recommending infrastructure solutions to meet business requirement in compliance with IT policy & procedure.
- Providing Level 2 support and troubleshooting as and when required.
- Configuration, installation, maintenance and lifecycles planning of various network devices and services (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN etc. .).
- Developing WAN infrastructure solutions that meet or exceed business performance expectations.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years practical Experience
- Demonstrable working knowledge of Enterprise grade CISCO ACI- MUST HAVE
- Design/implementation/administration experience in complex environments.
- Desire to maintain full hands-on status.
- Experience running and managing carrier-grade networks beneficial.
- Excellent troubleshooting ability.
