Job Description

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the fertilizer production lab
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the fertilizer production lab
• Develop and implement new processes and methods of testing fertilizer products
• Ensure the safety of laboratory personnel and that all safety protocols are followed
• Maintain laboratory equipment and document all results
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise in the laboratory
• Train and supervise the laboratory personnel
• Ensure that the fertilizer products meet all standards and specifications
• Monitor the quality control process of fertilizer
• Risk Authorisation
• Budgetary Control
• Supervisory Control

Requirements

• Education: B.E / B.Tech (Chemicals Full Time)
• Preferable: KBR Technology.
• 15 to 20 Years of experience .
