Job Title: Product Marketer / Growth Lead

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • This is a highly-collaborative, innovative environment where you’ll find your excitement building as you’re both challenged and gratified by progress, every day.
  • Taking brand ownership and devising the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for the short as well as the long term.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that build awareness of Clafiya and lead to the acquisition of new business opportunities that will boost company revenue.
  • Develop and oversee strategies for all marketing teams, including digital, advertising, content and offline.
  • Identify and lead marketing activations and brand partnerships that boost brand awareness and drive sales in key markets and target audiences.
  • Develop and oversee deployment of marketing budget.
  • Set goals for all marketing activities and monitor performance (ROI and KPIs).
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing (email, social, content, SEO, display/search ads) and advertising strategies.
  • Craft go-to-market strategies for new and existing markets
  • Close deals by directly engaging with current and prospective enterprise users.
  • Manage, mentor and coach direct reports to improve team performance.

Candidate Profile

  • 3 years experience at startup highly preferred.
  • Prior experience as growth manager, sales and marketing lead, content marketing, video marketing or digital marketing.
  • Excellent written, presentation and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, including prospecting, data analysis, and research.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets.
  • Strong knowledge of and interest in technology and healthcare.
  • Passionate about health and wellness as a lifestyle.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and experience working in highly collaborative teams.
  • Experience with marketing technology tools like customer engagement platforms, digital marketing tools (Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Hootsuite etc.).
  • Highly motivated and have a positive attitude.
  • An open mind, willingness to learn, and a solid commitment to continuous self-improvement.
  • Must have successfully launched a digital marketing campaign for a tech startup.
