Job Title: Motor Vehicle Officer
Location: Abuja
Overall Job Function
- The position provides reliable and secure driving services to the project team.
- The incumbent will ensure proper use of vehicle and ensure day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle.
- The incumbent projects a professional company image through interaction, appearance and attitude.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ensures provision of reliable and secure driving services by:
- Driving office vehicles for the transport of authorized personnel and delivery and collection of mail, documents and other items.
- Meeting official personnel and visitors at the airport, visa and customs formalities arrangement when required.
- Ensures cost-savings through proper use of vehicle through accurate maintenance of daily vehicle logs, provision of inputs to preparation of the vehicle maintenance plans and reports.
- Provide other project related support assistance as may be assigned Supervisor
Qualification
- Minimum relevant qualification from secondary academic institution.
- Valid Driver's license.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol is an added advantage, a previous experience in conducting liaison work with government and international agencies and NGOs, a Minimum of 3 years' work experience as a driver; safe driving record; knowledge of driving rules and regulations and skills in minor vehicle repair.
Remuneration
- The position advertised is full time. ECEWS has a competitive compensation package.
