Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

Location: Ojuelegba, Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Overseeing the entire food and beverage operations in the hotel including the restaurant, bar, room service, banquets & catering.
• Developing & implementing strategies to ensure the smooth operations of the food & beverage services while also meeting budget & revenue targets.
• Planning menu, creating new dishes and ensuring that all food & beverage offerings are of high quality and meet customers expectations.
• Hiring, training and scheduling staff in the food and beverage department ensuring they are knowledgeable, friendly,and provide excellent customer service.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND qualification.
• The ideal candidate must bave 8 - 15 years of cognate experience in the hospitality industry and working as food and beverage manager.
• Must be ready to start immdiately.
