Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager (Pharmaceutical)

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to bring new offerings to market and drive their adoption among key customers.
• Develop and distribute executive-level materials, including one-pagers, whitepapers, and case studies, that elegantly represent the company’s brand, value, and offerings.
• Establish and execute the company’s presence at relevant industry events and conferences.
• Identify and seize future opportunities for growth.
• Own the end-to-end implementation of marketing programs, including ensuring timely delivery, manages all aspects of implementation, working with the analytics team to establish tracking and measurement framework.
• Work with other teams to develop creative marketing strategies and solutions that reflect the new wave of online pharma and digital distribution.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry will be a plus.
• Project Management experience or certification will be a plus.
• Experience in data analysis, SEO, and social media marketing.
• Experience leading B2B as well as consumer marketing function within the pharmaceutical supply chain space.
• Good knowledge and understanding of strategic marketing concepts, principles, and practices.
• Proven track record of planning and executing go-to-market plans that translate into measurable business impact and successful delivery of goals.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented, with outstanding prioritization skills.
• Strong work ethic and a proactive “can do” attitude that requires minimal supervision.
