Job Title: Sales Operation Manager

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Summary

• Our company is looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager to oversee our sales team. In this position, the supervision of sales people is your top priority.
• You will set sales goals, help secure leads, and train new agents for your staff.
• You will also call upon your years of sales experience to help with complicated matters, such as complex retail contracts and sales forecasting. 

Job Responsibilities

• Manage sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching.
• Set sales targets and increase revenue.
• Business acumen  minded and strategic thinking
• Maintain client relationship
• Assist sales team with client meetings and communication.
• Coordinate inspection and allocation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of B.Sc / HND in a related field
• 5 years experience in sales and management roles is preferred
• Candidate should reside in Ajah axis or its environment.
• Proven organizational and planning ability.
• Experience in the Real estate industry is an added advantage.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly + Commission, Bonuses, HMO.
