Kainos Table Water is a company registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria for the processing and distribution of potable water. Kainos is presently operational in Keffi, Nassarawa state with a mission of making potable water readily available and easily accessible by all within her reach. She provides well treated and purified water that is ideal for drinking to people at all levels in the society: Individuals, Households , Offices, Pupils/Students, Schools, Events/Ceremonies, Restaurants, etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Keffi, Nasarawa
Employment Type: Full-time

Descriptions

• Human Resource management
• Responsible for the processing of staff payments
• Responsible for all the administrative processes of the office
• Responsible for the maintenance of all office facilities , ensure the functionality of office equipment , the renewal of office supplies, electricity, maintenance and repair, internet, and other communications functions in the office
• Proper documentation and filing of all official dealings.
• Public Relations on behalf of Kainos
• Regular supervision of admin staff such as cleaner , security, etc
• Assigning shifts, work weeks, holiday coverage, etc.
• Providing ongoing safety and injury prevention program
• Any other duties as may be assigned by management

Requirements

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Higher Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience or Diploma Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Must be computer literate (Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentation)
• Good Communication and inter personal relationship skills
• Must be resident in OR willing to relocate to Keffi

Salary
N54,000 Naira per month.
