Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Visit prospective customers and take installation area dimensions.
- Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
- Record project information, needs, scope and objectives in our project management software.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment and information.
- Ensuring that clients' needs are met as the project evolves.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance tests.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field.
- 3 - 5 years work experience.
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
