We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Architectural Design and Real Estate

Responsibilities

• Ability to use Accounting software e.g Quickbooks, Sage, etc.
• Responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyze financial data to develop budgets and forecasts, and monitoring financial performance against budgets.
• Ability to interpret financial data and provide insights into business performance, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement
• Ability to identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk assessment and management strategies.
• Ability to present financial data and analysis to senior management, investors, and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required. Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
• 3 to 4 years relevant experience.
• Industry experience is most preferred.
• Professional certifications is required
• A good understanding of business operations, financial strategy, and industry trends to provide financial advice that supports the organization's goals.
