Qualifications
Knowledge:
- Good knowledge of credit policies, processes and procedures
- Good knowledge of loan products
- Minimum of a first Degree in Social Sciences.
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite with proficiency in MS Excel.
Experience
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a collections call centre.
- Prior experience in banking would be an added advantage.
