Description

• We are looking to hire an experienced Accountant who will assist in running the company’s accounting operations.
• You will be required to regulate and authenticate financial transactions moved from junior accountant and ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of all accounting tasks.
• You are also responsible for the balancing accounts, and should have sound analytical and advanced skills using Microsoft Excel. Additionally, you will need a thorough knowledge of accounting procedures, including preparing month-end reports.

Responsibilities

• Support financial & management reports preparation.
• Preparation of bank reconciliation and supporting schedules for management accounts.
• General Ledger supervision.
• Guide and manage junior accountants and other staff by answering questions and solving queries.
• Create and analyze liability, asset, and capital accounts by compiling electronic data and required documentation.
• Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports.
• Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
• Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process.
• Ensure compliance of internal controls and suggest process improvements as needed.
• Work with external auditors to perform the annual audits for all our jurisdictions
• Good knowledge of ERP.
