Job Description
- Resumption of morning shift on or before 6:30am, Afternoon shift on or before 1:30pm.
- Achieve 100% promptness in service delivery to waiting customers.
- Zero complaints about delay service/ prolonged customer waiting time100% compliance to grooming standards. Completeness and accuracy of responses to customers and partners.
- Effectively managing customer complaints/ service failure recovery in less than 10 Minutes.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualification with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
- Preferably Female
- Proximity to Island is key.
