Our business activities include livestock rearing, crop cultivation, and processing with a focus on the seedling, planting, and processing of Fresh Fruit Bunches of palm, to produce sustainable Crude Palm Oil. With over 65,000 palm trees currently being cultivated on 1500 hectares of land and plans to finalise the acquisition of two more existing Palm Plantations- 10,000 and 5,000 Acres respectively, RAedial Farms Limited is poised to become Nigeria’s top major player in the Agricultural sector.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Industrial Electrical Supervisor

Location: Benin, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of electricians and electrical technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment
  • Assign tasks, supervise work, and provide guidance and training to team members as needed
  • Develop and implement schedules and plans for electrical projects, including maintenance, upgrades, and installations
  • Ensure that all electrical work is completed in compliance with safety regulations, codes, and industry standards
  • Maintain accurate records of all electrical work and equipment maintenance
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve electrical issues and ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget
  • Monitor and manage electrical inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure adequate resources are available to complete all electrical projects and work orders
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure that all electrical work areas and equipment are safe and in compliance with regulations

Qualifications / Experience

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in electrical systems installation, maintenance, and repair, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and be available for emergency call-outs
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
