Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Warri, Delta

Job Summary

  • We are seeking to hire a Medical and Healthcare Data analyst to oversee hospital data management and simplify operations.
  • The person will be responsible for compiling and organizing healthcare data, analyzing data to assist in delivering optimal healthcare management, and communicating their findings for smooth business operations.

Key Result Areas (KRA)
The key result areas of this role are:

  • Compiling and organizing healthcare data.
  • Analyzing data to assist in delivering optimal healthcare management and decision making.
  • Using healthcare data to achieve administrative needs and goals.
  • Understanding data storage and data sharing methods.
  • Investigating data to find patterns and trends.
  • Utilizing different data sources for analyses.
  • Converting data into usable information that is easy to understand.
  • Developing reports and presentations.
  • Communicating analytic insights to management.
  • Provide ad-hoc and regular data analysis, metrics, and trending of investigations.
  • Assure that the proper people receive problem reports as soon as detected.
  • Operate effectively and efficiently within a complex, matrixed, and fast paced environment.
  • Design, develop, and configure interfaces and reports to support operational workflows.
  • Learn and perform all function of the integrated pest management program, including administration, scheduling, inspections, sampling, treatments, inventories, equipment maintenance, record keeping, report writing, and customer relations.
  • Knowledgeable about of the major business units of the company which relate to work responsibilities.
  • Analyze and recommend opportunities and financial impacts of strategic partnerships, new Medicaid programs, and key Medicaid ACO related initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's (B.Sc / HND) Degree in Statistics or any relevant Social Science.
  • 3 to 5 years relevant work experience preferably in the Health or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company.
  • Ability to think creatively or innovatively.
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
  • Sales Knowledge and well-grounded in Microsoft Office package.
  • Superior written and spoken communication skills.
  • Time management and planning skills.
