HR-Aid Consults - Our client, a tech company located in Lekki / Ikoyi, Lagos State, is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Senior Administrative Assistant
Location: Lekki Phase 1 / Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily calendars of a COO/CEO of multiple companies.
- Plan appointments and events
- Act as the point of contact between executive and employees/clients
- Create regular reports and update internal databases.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Manage phone calls and emails.
- Access to bank accounts and making of payments within a limit.
- Respond promptly to COO/CEO's queries.
- Facilitate internal communication (e.g., distribute information and schedule presentations)
- Suggest more efficient ways to run the offices and troubleshoot malfunctions.
- Review and recommend changes to the company policies.
- Make and manage bookings.
- Coordinate and manage unskilled hires.
- Any other role as assigned.
Requirements
- University Degree: additional qualifications as Personal Assistant or Secretary are a plus as well as professional qualifications.
- 4 - 5 years work experience.
- Proven work experience as a Senior Executive Assistant, Executive Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Knowledge of office procedures
- Solid experience with office management systems, ERPs, and MS Office
- Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems
- Experience using office equipment, including printers and fax machines.
- Strong communication skills (via phone, email, and in-person)
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company and personal information.
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 / month.
