Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Description
- As the CFO, you will be responsible for leading our financial strategy and managing all financial operations.
- You will work closely with the CEO and other executives to ensure that our financial planning and analysis aligns with our overall business strategy.
- You will be responsible for managing our accounting and finance teams, overseeing financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cash management.
- You will also work closely with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors,and regulators.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years of experience as a CFO or similar position
- Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles
- Experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
