Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Building Projects)
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description
- Tendering processes.
- Creating Construction estimates and advices; comparing his estimate with the contractors estimate(s)
- Managing projects from start to finish.
- Managing project’s administrative processes.
- Acting as the site and project arbitrator.
- Conducting and undertaking project feasibility study to estimate materials, time and labour costs.
- Scheduling materials and equipment.
- Quality assurance for constructions.
- Preparing plans, contracts, budgets, bill of quantities and other documents for projects.
- Estimating and analysing cost for project work.
- Performing risk analysis evaluation, value management, and cost control.
- Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts.
- Preparing and submitting final accounts to the necessary principals.
- Valuing completed work and arranging necessary payments.
- Carries out all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 5 - 8 years work experience.
- Must have consultancy experience
- Female preferably
Remuneration
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
