Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the Executive Director.
- Prepare various technical reports using data from units reporting to the Executive Director
- Keep schedule of appointments, meetings etc.
- Liaise with various Units/Group Heads on joint tasks assigned by the Executive Director
- Attend to routine administrative/secretarial tasks
- Organize and attend meetings, prepare documents and presentations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education:
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in the same capacity.
- Excellent knowledge reviewing and interpreting technical reports
- Conversant with Strategy documents and implementation.
- Preparing Board reports.
