We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to the Executive Director.
  • Prepare various technical reports using data from units reporting to the Executive Director
  • Keep schedule of appointments, meetings etc.
  • Liaise with various Units/Group Heads on joint tasks assigned by the Executive Director
  • Attend to routine administrative/secretarial tasks
  • Organize and attend meetings, prepare documents and presentations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years working experience in the same capacity.
  • Excellent knowledge reviewing and interpreting technical reports
  • Conversant with Strategy documents and implementation.
  • Preparing Board reports.
