Roles and Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in the design, execution, and implementation of plumbing and firefighting systems for buildings.
• Hands-on experience in Plumbing & Firefighting design understanding of plumbing and firefighting engineering codes and safety standards.
• Responsible for ensuring that all codes and regulations are met, and compliance with all statutory norms and standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge of priced BOQ, specification, and drawings

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil
• Should have proven expertise as a Plumbing & Firefighting engineer and have deep knowledge of plumbing and firefighting engineering especially in construction, real estate projects.
• Should have work experience in mixed-used development comprised of High-rise residential, commercial tower and high-end Mansion/Villas projects creating plumbing and firefighting drawings and also coordination with plumbing and firefighting consultant.
• Should work closely with other engineers on project to ensure site plumbing and firefighting activities completed successfully from start to finish.
