We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Human Resource Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Responsibilities
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Provide counselling on policies and procedures.
- Support the development and implementation of HR Initiatives and systems.
- Prepare payroll and ensure working conditions meet legal standard.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other related course.
- 2 - 3 years work experience.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer.
- Knowledge of HR functions (Pay & Benefits, Recruitment & onboarding, Training & Development, Payroll preparation).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding Organizational and Time management abilities.
Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly
