Job Title: Traceability Officer

Location: Airport Road, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• Document CCP records in hot kitchen
• Monitor Cooking and Blast chilling temperature compliance.
• Monitor hygiene and PPE usage compliance.
• Monitor and document corrective actions when applicable.
• Report daily compliance and noncompliance to the QHSE supervisor

Requirements

• A Degree in any Science related course (Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Tech etc).
• 0-2 years’ experience.
• Candidate must be tech savy and should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
